She has perfected every expert form of cake making during that time, having worked both in her private cake decorating business as well as for Grove Park Inn (4 Star hotel in Asheville, North Carolina) for 10 years as their Master Cake Decorator. She has won several cake decorating competitions in the USA. Wedding CakesOver the years Carroll has produced several hundred Wedding Cakes ranging from simple one-layer cakes to creations of over 5 layers up to 5 feet high. All the flowers you see in the below pictures are made from icing sugar except in very few cases where live flowers were requested by the bride. She can also bake the cakes if you require.
